Meet The Founder
Amanda Scully
Founder
Hi, I’m Amanda Scully — founder of Wildflower Pathways.
I am a licensed special education teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting neurodivergent students and their families in both general and special education settings. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with autistic students and individuals with diverse learning, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional needs, with a strong focus on individualized, relationship-based support.
My background includes experience in ABA-informed classrooms, educational programming, behavior support, family collaboration, and helping students develop meaningful life and community skills. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how overwhelming it can feel for families trying to navigate school systems, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, daily routines, and community participation — often while feeling unsupported or misunderstood.
Wildflower Pathways was created from a desire to offer families a more compassionate, collaborative, and practical form of support — one that honors neurodiversity, focuses on strengths, and recognizes that growth does not follow a single path.
My goal is to help families feel empowered with tools, guidance, and understanding while creating supportive pathways for individuals to build confidence, independence, connection, and quality of life within their homes, schools, and communities.
I believe every individual deserves the opportunity to grow in their own way, at their own pace, and in environments where they feel safe, respected, and truly seen.
